As available, MRI offers scholarships and merit-based financial aid to students who need financial aid and meet requirements. Scholarships will be awarded based on a clear application and review process, and will be granted without regard to disability, race, color, religion/religious beliefs, gender, age, national origin, or any other identifiers considered legally protected under US law. MRI will not award scholarships to applicants who are not qualified and reserves the right not to award scholarships in a given year. You will have an opportunity to request more information about this in the application form below!
Bible Basics is for students to refresh their skills for studying or teaching the Bible, or learn how to study the Bible in context. Bible Basics provides an eight-lesson overview of the basic structure of the Bible, Christian doctrines, a four-step Bible study process, overarching themes of Scripture, and more. This course is suited for individual study or small-group participation.
THE ENGLISH ALPHABET & THE BIBLE
A basic understanding for non-students of Hebrew or Greek, or anyone interested in knowing more about the words they encounter in the Bible.A view of God establishing His people as distinct from other nations and false worship by giving them their own alphabet and language.A basic review for non-students of Hebrew and Greek, or anyone interested in knowing more about words they encounter in the Bible.Discovering how primitive Hebrew pictograms migrated into the English language bringing the essence and richness to the English scriptures.
This course is designed for ministry leaders, Bible teachers, church interns, home-groups, and small group facilitators who wish to grow in their Bible skills. The Certificate of Bible Mastery (COBM) is an interactive training approach for Bible mastery and application. Studies include selected Old and New Testament passages in a historical, non-denominational approach.
