The seed for MRI was sown over 25 years ago when Founder and Director, Dana Yentzer, was a young believer and discovered the richness and magnitude of the Bible, as well as a thirst to teach it to anyone Christ would entrust to him.

This call on his life was initiated by a network of church pastors, in cooperation with a mission board, combining to provide him with theological and Biblical study mentorship at a local level. When he was commissioned to plant a new church his desire was to duplicate this model of equipping people onto works of ministry and mission.  
                                                                             
Today, Ministry Resources Institute, along with its counterpart, Ministry Resources International, is providing each and every student an intensive, accelerated training experience that focuses on three key areas: a dominant emphasis on methodical Biblical study, ministry and leadership development, and collaborative partnerships to expand influence and impact.
